Event Description

Featuring the Choir of St. John the Divine and vocal soloists under the direction of David Stratkauskas

A choral celebration including Vivaldi’s beloved Gloria and Mozart’s youthful and provocatively elegant Missa brevis in Bb, K. 275. Both composers brought the expressivity and drama of theatrical music into their sacred writing, creating pieces that are captivating and uplifting with fast-paced changes of mood and colour.
