On Thursday April 1, 2004, between 4pm and 11pm, the University of Victoria Student Society (UVSS) will be putting together the largest beer garden that UVIC has ever seen. Unlike other events of this kind, the show will be inviting seven local Canadian breweries to showcase almost 25 different
craft beers to show-goers amidst a chillin atmosphere of dope tunes. Designed for hundreds of people to be in attendance, the event will also feature an evening BBQ and live, local UVIC bands including legendary Jon & Roy, Mike Scott, Dave Ward, and the World Symphonic Groove Orchestra. The final Thursday before the beginning of spring exams, this date will be easily accessible to all students who are traditionally looking for a final
opportunity to party at the end of the term. There will also be an after-party to this event at Felicita’s campus bar. Ticket prices to Beerology 101 will be kept low for all students, at $5. Cheap beer is obviously also a theme with dolla’ beers.
For physical events that happen at a specific time. For example a concert, or dance performance. If there are multiple shows, you can still duplicate your event to cover them all.
